50% of the total balance must be received at reservation time. The final payment must be received at check-in. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled 7 days from date of check in - minus a $25.00 processing fee.  Liability Release Guests are advised that personal items lost or stolen are not the responsibility of the Inn owner. Guest will have a set of keys and will be solely responsible for locking of the room and the safekeeping of their personal valuables during their visit. Agent and Owner assume no responsibility for ensuring that the residence is locked and secured during the period of occupation by Guests. In addition, Agent and Owner shall be held harmless from all claims or causes of actions arising from the rental and occupation of the residence by Guest. Adults only, no guests under age 18.

Unlike other resorts/condos, we do not charge those annoying additional fees. That means no parking fee, no housekeeping fee, no beach amenity/towel fee, no concierge fee, no resort fee, no fuel surcharge and no fee to use our Jacuzzis/sundeck/barbecue grills. It's all fee free.

Your room rate (exclusive of Hawaii hotel tax) is all inclusive.*  Hawaii hotel tax is 13.42% on top of posted room rates.

Maybe our motto should be "Feel free by the Sea, feel free"? * We reserve the right to charge for damages/key loss.

Since many flights leave Maui late in the evenings, please check your itinerary carefully. We suggest you reserve an additional night's stay so you'll have all the time you need for a late check out.

Check out time is promptly at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
